How much does house cleaning cost in Maryland?+
Our house cleaning starts at $80 and varies by size. A 2-bed/1-bath typically costs $110โ€“$140. We offer recurring discounts:
  • Weekly: 15% off
  • Bi-Weekly: 10% off
  • Monthly: 5% off

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. You can pay online when booking or through your customer portal.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?+
Yes! Use code CLEAN10 for 10% off your first cleaning. We also offer recurring service discounts and occasional seasonal promotions. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about deals.
Is there a minimum service charge?+
Our minimum service charge is $80. This covers a small studio or 1-bedroom home with 1 bathroom. For larger homes, pricing scales with size.

What are your hours of operation?+
We operate:
  • Monday โ€“ Friday: 8:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

How do I book a cleaning?+
You can book in three ways:

How much notice do I need to book?+
We recommend 48 hours advance notice for guaranteed availability. Same-day bookings may be available depending on schedule โ€” call us at 240-914-8708 to check.
Can I set up recurring cleaning services?+
Absolutely! We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly recurring services. Recurring customers save up to 15% and enjoy priority scheduling. You can set this up during booking or through your customer portal.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?+
Yes! We bring all professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. You don't need to provide anything. If you have product preferences or allergies, let us know when booking and we'll accommodate.
What's the difference between regular and deep cleaning?+
Regular cleaning covers routine maintenance โ€” vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathroom and kitchen cleaning.

Deep cleaning is more thorough and includes: inside appliances, baseboards, light fixtures, inside cabinets, window sills, grout scrubbing and more. We recommend deep cleaning for first-time clients or homes not cleaned in a while.
Do you clean apartments and condos?+
Yes! We clean all types of residential properties including houses, apartments, condos and townhomes. Pricing is based on square footage and number of rooms.
Do you offer move-in/move-out cleaning?+
Yes! Our move-in/move-out cleaning is a comprehensive deep clean of the entire property. This includes inside all appliances, inside all cabinets, all surfaces and floors. Perfect for getting your security deposit back or making a new home feel fresh.
Do you clean commercial properties?+
Yes! We provide commercial cleaning for offices, retail spaces, warehouses and government facilities. We are SAM.gov certified (UEI: N9NWQRLGC1L5) and eligible for government contracts. Learn more about our commercial services.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?+
Yes. Quick Turn R&C Services LLC is fully licensed, bonded and insured in Maryland. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance. Our SAM.gov registration (UEI: N9NWQRLGC1L5, CAGE: 10HW8) further verifies our legitimacy as a business.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?+
No โ€” you don't need to be home. Many customers provide a key or entry code. Just ensure our team has safe access to the property. You'll receive a notification when we arrive and when we're done.
What if something gets damaged during cleaning?+
We take great care with your belongings. In the rare event of damage, report it to us within 24 hours at 240-914-8708 or contact@quickturnrc.com. We are fully insured and will handle any legitimate claims professionally and fairly.
What should I do before the cleaners arrive?+
To help us clean most effectively:
  • Clear floors of clothing, toys and clutter
  • Secure or put away valuables and fragile items
  • Secure pets in a separate room
  • Let us know about any specific areas of concern

What is your cancellation policy?+
  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund, no charge
  • 24โ€“48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours: Full service fee
  • No-show: Full service fee applies

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?+
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with any area of the cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean at no charge. If we still cannot resolve it, we will issue a partial or full refund. We stand behind our work 100%.
How long do refunds take?+
Refunds are processed within 5โ€“10 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Is there a travel fee for distant locations?+
For locations more than 30 miles from Gaithersburg, a small travel fee may apply. This will be communicated clearly before your booking is confirmed. Most of our service area has no additional travel charge.
