1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all services provided by Quick Turn R&C Services LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (SAM.gov UEI: N9NWQRLGC1L5).
2. Our Services
Quick Turn R&C Services LLC provides professional cleaning services including:
- House and residential cleaning
- Deep cleaning services
- Carpet cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Commercial and institutional cleaning
- Move in/move out cleaning
Service availability is subject to scheduling, location and staff availability. We reserve the right to decline any service request.
3. Booking & Scheduling
When you book a service:
- You agree that the service address is accurate and accessible
- You or an authorized adult (18+) must be present or provide access to the property
- You agree to provide a safe working environment for our team
- Bookings are confirmed via email — check your spam folder
- We will contact you within 2 hours to confirm your appointment
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy:
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund, no cancellation fee
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% service fee applies
- Less than 24 hours: Full service fee applies
- No-show (team arrives, no access): Full service fee applies

5. Refund Policy
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied:
- Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no charge
- If we cannot resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
6. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are estimates based on information provided at booking
- Final price may vary based on actual conditions found upon arrival
- Payment is due at time of booking or upon service completion
- We accept major credit cards processed securely by Stripe
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for recurring customers
7. Access to Property
- You must ensure our team has safe and clear access to all areas to be cleaned
- Please secure or remove valuables, fragile items and pets before our arrival
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property
- Any damage caused by our team will be assessed and handled professionally
- We carry liability insurance — claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
8. Liability Limitations
Quick Turn R&C Services LLC is fully licensed, bonded and insured. However:
- We are not liable for damage to items not secured or disclosed before service
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
- We are not responsible for items left in areas to be cleaned
9. Non-Solicitation
Customers agree not to directly hire or solicit our cleaning staff for private employment during the term of service and for 12 months after the last service date. A $500 finder's fee applies if this condition is violated.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.
